The Marmot down “sweater” is actually a jacket and is 40% off at Backcountry.com. It’s not the techiest down jacket out there, but it’s one of the lightest at just 21 ounces. BTW, unless you’re sitting on a stack of $100 bills, and interesting in mailing a few to me, I don’t want any emails noting that Feathered Friends and Western Mountaineering have down jackets weighing almost half as light - this is, after all, a camping gear deals site. … and, I should mention this down jacket is a deal only if you’re a size XL and you can afford to ante up the Washingtons now, instead of waiting until the middle of winter before you realize you shoulda’ bought this.
