The Outdoor Research Razor jacket is a 4 ounce softshell built to cut out wind chill. The ultrathin shell can keep you warm but breathes like nothing else during fall and winter running, snowshoeing, and light rains. It’s DWR coated but isn’t rated to any specific level of water resistance, so it may not be much of a rain shell, despite the ultralight weight.
