  • 65% Off the Black Diamond Riva Z Tele Ski Binding

Predecessor to the current Black Diamond O3 telemark bindings, the Riva Z’s are just $37.50 at Steep and Cheap (today-only though). The Riva’s are great all-mountain/mid-stiffness bindings, for those of you in BD’s T2 or Garmont’s SynerG (or women’s Venus) boots – or that guy I saw in Crested Butte last year wearing leather boots and ripping up the freeride area.

FiveTen Access Gore Tex XCR Light Hiking Shoes – 56% Off

Five Ten’s Access trail shoes are another great pair of light hiking boot-replacements at just $49.95 a pair. The legendary 5.10 sticky-rubber sole grips wet, dry, slimy, and (…except for ice) just about everything else you can reach with your feet. Even better is that they didn’t get carried away with the rubber and the shoes are a light 1 pound 10 ounces per pair. The lacing system also locks the heel into the shoe and the synthetic uppers keep it tough.

Salomon Function Light Hiking Shoes 44% Off

The Salomon Function light hiking shoes sport retro styling (no semi-neon colors like current trail shoes) and they have some of the most trail-worthy features I’ve seen in a lightweight trail shoe.

Weighing about 2 pounds the shoes save weight by not wrapping the whole midsole in rubber – which means less weight to drag around and also makes the shoe more flexible to help stop heel-rub and blisters. The traditional friction lacing lets you adjust for a perfect fit instead of slipping like rollers or plastic low friction lacing. …Yeah old-school features add 10 seconds to lacing up your shoes, but it also gives better control of the shoes and then the trail.

Plenty of sizes available now, also watch out because this Salomon Function Light model seems to run a half-size small.

Topeak Moonshine HID Cycling Headlight $299

Need a light for the commute to work? Performance Bicycle knocked 33% off the Topeak Moonshine HID cycling headlight to make it just $299.99. Not only does the Moonshine have a brighter HID bulb, but with a lithium ion battery, instead of the normal NiMH or lead-acid batteries, it has a 2-hour runtime at full brightness and 30 minutes of reserve at lower backup power – and only weighs about 13 ounces. The lamp also includes a helmet mount for best use in 24-hour races.

A bargain at $189.93, the Sierra Designs Thor 0-degree down sleeping bag sports 600-fill power down inside a waterpfoof, breathable DryZone (similar to Gore’s DryLoft) shell. 29% Off New Sierra Designs Starlight 0-degree Down Women’s Sleeping Bag

The Sierra Designs Starlight down sleeping bag is overstocked at REI-Outloet.com right now and is just $189.93. That’s a great price for a 0-degree rated bag with 600-fill power down
and a waterproof, breathable shell (using Sierra Designs own DriZone fabric, similar to Gore’s DryLoft). Also, a key to the female-specific design of this bag is the fleece-lined foot area of the bag for a bit of extra warmth and comfort.

At just $40.91 now these are light hiking shoes with a 2-way stretch mesh upper, Kevlar laces, and 5 drainage ports for excess water.
